Remembering Stacie Farmer

Stacie spent this past Spring and Summer here at River Riders as a river guide and camp counselor. Her work and dedication with Outdoor Adventure Camp was well received and appreciated by both her campers and her co workers. In fact so well received that Stacie was recently promoted to Camp Director. This was quite an accomplishment for her first year with Outdoor Adventure Camp.

Stacie Farmer will be remembered for her friendship, Adventurous Spirit and love of the outdoors.

She will truly be missed.

September Special: Pedal/Paddle Camping Package
September is the perfect time to get outdoors. Why not enjoy a wonderful couple of days in Scenic West Virginia. Our Pedal/Paddle package starts with a 1/2 day Canoe trip down the beautiful Potomac River. Your Flat Water canoe trip ends at River Riders' own waterfront campground where you trade your canoe for a bike and hit the road towards the historic district of Harpers Ferry. Peddle around this quaint village before heading back to the campground. Later, set up your tent at the Campground for the evening. All of our campsites are primitive and enjoy deep water access.
