  If you're looking for more views that you just can't get from the streets, make your way across the foot bridge and onto the Maryland Heights Hiking Trail. Once you reach the top, you will have a gorgeous view of Harpers Ferry.
  The C & O Canal also offers gorgeous views alongside the Shenandoah and Potomac Rivers with a little less of a work out.  

Expecting more adventure for your visit?  As you make your way down near the river in downtown Harpers Ferry, you may come up with a few ideas.

The Quality Inn Hotel just recently became a part of River Riders and offers a restful night's sleep at a stone's throw of the River Riders office. 

Historic Harpers Ferry also offers bed & breakfast themed stays and hotels.
